Functieomschrijving / Job description
We are looking for 1 new enthusiastic colleague who will be based in Amsterdam to support our BeNeLux sales team.
Tasks:
- Support the Key account managers (NL and BeLux) and Travel Partners
- Support trade marketing sales support Scandinavia and the Contact Center
- Support the General Manager and Head of Sales
- Manage group and allotment requests in close cooperation with the Contact Center
- Manage promotion actions in close cooperation with marketing
- Involved in co-marketing advertisement, ship visits, workshops and fairs, presentations
Functie-eisen / Skills & experience
- Reliable, involved and dedicated: fulfill what you promise
- Analytical & excellent communication skills
- Language skills: Dutch, German, French & English
- IT program skills: MS office PPT, Excel, Word (Lotus notes, Publisher is an advantage) - Flexible (no 9 to 5 mentality)
- Team player, but also able to act independently
- Good negotiation skills
- Accuracy is key
- Knowledge of the cruise market and/or the travel industry is a pre
