Functieomschrijving / Job description

For our office in downtown Amsterdam we are looking for a Sales Representative for The Netherlands & Belgium. 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Plan and realize outside B2B sales
  • Acquisition of new agents
  • Prepare and participate in fairs, educational trips and road shows
  • Contract negotiations in cooperation with the Sales Manager
  • Monthly reporting (results of outside sales, acquisition of new clients, market development, activities) to the Sales Manager
  • Market research; competition analysis, identifying new marketing opportunities
  • Plan and execute sales promotion activities
  • Database management

Functie-eisen / Skills & experience

Your key skills and knowledge:

  • Educated on level MBO/HBO
  • Result oriented
  • Good in teamwork, social and flexible
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in a sales position in the tourism and travel industry (minimum 2 years)
  • Fluently in Dutch and English in word and writing, French is an advantage
  • In the possession of a car to use for company purposes
  • Basic knowledge of Amadeus/CRS
