Functieomschrijving / Job description

Garuda Indonesia is currently recruiting two experienced Sales Executive. One with a strong focus on thet Corporate market and one for the Leisure market. In this client facing role you will have strong commercial awareness and a sound grasp of market development and trends together with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills. A requirement to build and maintain strong relationships with assigned agents and / or corporate customers is essential. You will be accountable for implementing and managing all portfolios of accounts, increase engagement and spend, provide full support to your client base and ensure client retention. - Sales- and account management for key accounts in Dutch BSP sales list to Indonesia - Sales- and account management general sales agents in the UK, Germany and Belgium - Account management (before general sales agent Belgium) Belgium top agents - Development of new sales opportunities. - Contracting. - Establishing the monthly sales reports using BSP figures or figures provided by the management. - Analyze sales & flown data figures and compile data for Management Information System. - Preparing monthly Sales Analyses of own agents, using BSP figures or figures given by AA (for non-iata agents). - Assist in developing in the right pricing strategy. - Focus on competition & establish market analysis. - Assisting the Sales Manager and General Manager (like new schedules, new incentive schemes/contracts etc). - Attend and arrange presentations, roadshows, workshops, trade fairs (like WTM, ITB and Vakantiebeurs). - Accompany educational tours to Indonesia. - Perform relevant office duties including telephone sales, publicity, handling of all incoming telephone calls regarding sales related issues. - Keeping the Agent Mailing System up to date.

Functie-eisen / Skills & experience

The candidate should have at least 3 years proven (outside) sales and account management experience in the Dutch aviation or leisure and/or corporate travel industry. Required skills: - Sales driven. - Pro active. - Experience with marketing and social media. - Hands on team player. - Excellent in communication at all levels. Both externally and internally. - HBO/Bachelor's Degree. - Fluently in Dutch and English. - Familiar with Microsoft Office applications. - Familiar with GDS (Amadeus, but preferably various), fare filing and GDS shopping logic. - In possession of a valid Driver's license. - Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
