Functieomschrijving / Job description
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for all Sales & Marketing related activities in the Dutch market. In this position the Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for performing all sales and marketing related activities in order to achieve the Sales and Revenue targets as set for the branch office in The Netherlands.
Main accountabilities:
- To ensure target achievement (sales & revenue) for The Netherlands through optimization of the sales product plan based on the local market needs;
- To ensure achievement of PID Branch Office Sales target through implementation of product sales plan and marketing communication to local Dutch market;
- To increase local market share through effective promotions;
- To increase Yield by branding image in promotion to the market;
- To ensure achievement of Optimize Profit Margin / ASK through implementation of product sales plan and marketing communication to the market;
- To ensure achievement of best service to the customer and local business partners. Both Corporate and Leisure.

- Sales driven;
- Pro active;
- Experience with marketing and social media;
- A hands on team leader;
- Excellent in communication at all levels. Both externally and internally;
- HBO/Bachelor's Degree;
- Fluently in Dutch and English;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications;
- Familiar with GDS, preferably Amadeus;
- In possession of a valid Driver's lisence;
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
The candidate should have at least 3 years proven sales experience in the Dutch aviation or travel industry.
