Publishing companies T&S Productions and TRAVel Media, owners of the two leading travel trade magazines in the Netherlands, are looking for international sales agents.
We currently own the two largest travel trade magazines and our own GSA-PR company in the Netherlands:
- TravelPro (www.travelpro.nl): TravelPro a weekly magazine, established in 1992 with a circulation of 5.400 copies which are distributed to the whole travel trade market of the Netherlands, free of charge. Because we do not charge people in the travel industry for our magazine, we have a reach of nearly 100% in the market. Beside our printed magazine we offer numerous online possibilities. Our digital magazine also has an average of 4.000 readers every week! The readers profile of TravelPro consists of: all employees and owners of leisure and business travel agencies, all independent travel agents, management of touroperators, airlines, shipping companies, hotels etc. and everybody related to the travel industry and we can guarantee a 100% coverage of the Dutch travel agents.
- TRAVel Media (www.travmagazine.nl): TRAVel Media is the biggest communication partner in the travel industry with B2B initiatives. As a market leader, TRAVel Media has been conducting business for 34 years, leading with titles such as TravMagazine, M!CE& Events Travel, TravConnect, the e-learning platform TravEcademy and the linked line-extensions.
- TravelGSA (www.travelgsa.nl): TraveLGSA is a full service PR, sales and media agency founded by the owners of TravelPro. With extensive cooperations with both TravelPro and Travel media, TravelGSA offers a unique proposition to companies looking to expand their market share in the Netherlands.
Functieomschrijving / Job description
We are in the process of expanding our services abroad, to several countries that are of high importance to the Dutch tourism industry. The countries we are looking to expand in, are:
- France
- Belgium
- Italy
- Spain
- Austria
- Switzerland
- South-Africa
- and many more…
Our plan is to generate more sales internationally and we believe that the only way to achieved that, is to get in touch with local people who are active in the respective markets. Therefore we would like to contract a sales agent in several countries who will sell our media to the touristic companies based in that specific country like hotels, tourist boards, and all other touristic companies who would like to get a direct link to the entire travel industry in the Netherlands.
What you will be selling, is the following:

What we are looking for:
- experience in sales, marketing and most of all: tourism
- proven extensive network within tourism industry in the country
Aanbod / Offer
What we offer:
- contract for a minimum of one year, parttime or fulltime are both possible
- high commission on ALL sold items
