During your daily work routine you will be dealing with:
- Cargo flight handling
- Customs Clear Export Shipment
- Check dimensions and weighing cargo
- Flight updating (Cargo Reservation)
- Irregularity handling
- Export/Import shipment
- Load ability check
- Proof of Transfer / Proof of Delivery Inputting
- Special Cargo handling
- Tracing
- Truck Handling
- Export/Import shipment
- Unit Load Device Control Message
- Warehouse Supervision
- Post Flight E-Office Tasks
- Flight planning
- Daily e-mail correspondence
- Data check & correction
Functie-eisen / Skills & experience
Knowledge /Skills:
- PC based skills including Microsoft Word/ Excel / Outlook
- Fluently in oral and written English and Dutch
- Attention to detail & quality
Experience and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the local cargo area environment including customs formalities
- Good knowledge of Airline Cargo Handling Procedures
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience working in a cargo and or freight forwarding related environment
- Should have some knowledge rating in IATA dangerous goods acceptance and basic load control
- Must have the right to live and work in the Netherlands as the company will not assist in obtaining work permits
